Why is coaching important?

We all have blind spots and limiting beliefs that hold us back.  The fastest way to discover what those are, is working with a coach that is invested in your development and committed to your goals.

What's the difference between coaching, consulting and therapy?

A Coach meets understands where you are right now and focuses on getting you to the goal you desire.

A Consultant has specific expertise and offers their opinions and recommendations for the client to evaluate and follow.

A Therapist will look to the past and unwind past hurts to free the person so they can move forward again.

What if I don't get results?

An Executive Impact Coach will work with you to first clearly define the goal you desire and then help you measure and obtain success.  If you do the work and still don’t get the result, then we offer a money back guarantee.

How do I know if I'm coachable?

If you have a growth mindset, are willing to do the work and willing to challenge your own self beliefs, you are coachable.

Are there payment options?

There are payment options available for most of our courses, programs and experiences over $1,000. Details can be found in the detail tabs for each product.

Are my account and payment details safe?

Our entire network is secured using the latest SSL encryption standards to provide peace of mind.

We work to provide a high level of internet security both in our website and in our digital practises. All payment details are held securely with our third party payment processor (Stripe), which is one of the world’s largest providers. No payment information is stored on this website itself.

We also highly recommend creating a password that is uncommon, different to one you may use elsewhere and is not easily guessed.

Our coaches are committed to your success. For each course of program offered an Executive Impact Coach will be watching your progress and standing ready to help you overcome any challenges along the way.

Which days is support available?

Support is always available. It is our desire to keep you focused and moving towards your goal. Please schedule a call or send an email and a team member will respond as quickly as possible.

Are there any Facebook or Linkedin groups I can join for support?

Private community groups (on social media) are in our roadmap. We are working hard to provide a solution that offers quick responses and an active community to encourage a high quality community.
